Industrologic, Inc., announces the release of Industrologic products with USB interface.
Selected Industrologic products are now available with a USB to virtual com port interface. This interface replaces the standard RS-232 driver and DB9 connector with a virtual comm port driver chip and standard USB-B connector. Also included with this interface option is a USB-A to USB-B cable and easy to install virtual com port drivers that work with your product.
Industrologic USB products feature easy plug and play installation, and the drivers have been customized to allow you to easily identify this new USB hardware. Using virtual com port drivers allows you to easily use all of Industrologic's standard application and software development software.
For an additional $30 the following Industrologic products are now available with a USB interface as a Custom Order Product:
