The Industrologic SS422 is an RS-422 to RS-232 converter designed to enable Industrologic products with a "Slave to PC" type RS-232 connection to be driven by RS-422 as a SMPT Slave device. This conversion will allow Industrologic products to communicate with other devices at remote locations while retaining the reliability required by industrial applications.

• Designed to connect directly to Industrologic product RS-232 ports and other similar devices
• No external power supply required, powered by Industrologic product connected to RS-232
• SMPT "Slave" RS-422 connections and pinout
• Jumper selectable termination resistor for RS-422 receive signals
• Easily connected to host PC using an adapter with SMPT "Master" connections
