Industrologic, Inc., announces the release of their OEM51 Single Board Computer.
The OEM51 is an Atmel AT89C2051/4051 based microcontroller board designed to
provide a compact and versatile platform for OEM applications with minimum
I/O requirements.
In its maximum configuration it includes many features, including:
- Convenient screw terminal block connections
- Serial port with true RS-232 interface and DB9F connector matching PC compatibles
- One 1 amp Form "C" relay
- One digital logic level signal usable as an interrupt input or general purpose output
- Digital logic level signal can be opto-isolated when used as an input
- General purpose software controllable LED
- General purpose software readable pushbutton switch
- 8K byte EEPROM for storage of small programs or configuration information
- On-board +5 volt power supply including connections for external circuitry
- Pin-type power connector for easy connection to wall block power supplies
OEM customers may specify that the OEM51 be manufactured with various options,
depending on quantity, and the board can be provided without components or circuits
that are not required for the customer's application. The OEM51 can also be provided
as a smaller printed circuit board with either the power supply area, the serial port
DB9 connector area, or both areas removed.
The OEM51 is available as a complete circuit board assembly, and can be enclosed
in an optional ABS plastic enclosure. The complete circuit board is 3.3 by 1.95
by 0.6 inches, while the enclosure is 2.8 by 5.0 by 1.0 inches total size including
mounting tabs.
The OEM51 maximum configuration/development version package is shipped complete with
all items necessary to immediately begin application development:
- The OEM51 circuit board with an Atmel AT89C4051 microcontroller
- A serial port cable for connection to a PC compatible computer
- A wall-block power supply
- Host computer software and programming examples
- Hardware reference manual
