KP16 Switch Matrix Keypad with cable - $24

The Industrologic KP16 is a 16 button switch matrix keypad arranged in four rows of four columns with connections to eight solder pads with 0.1 inch spacing.

Attached to the solder pads is a 12 inch long ribbon cable terminated with a 0.1 inch female header connector.

The KP16 is plug compatible with the Industrologic DIO51, IC51, DR51, and T51 digital I/O signal connectors, and can be connected to other microcontroller boards that have eight digital I/O signals available at a 0.1 inch male header connector.

Its switch contacts are rated at 20 milliamperes at 24 volts DC, and the switch contact resistance is 200 ohms maximum.

The KP16 has a raised button area designed for back mounting with four number two screws.
