IR232 Software
The IR232 configuration menu can be accessed by using a terminal emulation program. The utility and application programs found on the Industrologic product programs disk can also be used with the IR232 to aid the user in developing an infrared communication or control system.The following software is included on the distribution disk shipped with the IR232:
- README.TXT, description of files
- IRMSGS.TXT, an example message file that can be uploaded to the IR232
- TERM232.EXE, a full-featured Win32 terminal emulation program with program development, data monitoring, and troubleshooting functions
- MACRO232.EXE, a Win32 program that can play keystroke macros in response to characters received from a serial port
- SCP.EXE, a DOS terminal emulation program with data monitoring and troubleshooting functions
